AlfaPeople A/S has merged with Keyzone ApS to become AlfaPeople Nordic A/S which is now Scandinavia's largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM supplier.
We are therefore very happy to welcome you as a customer of the new AlfaPeople Nordic.
Among other things it will enable you to benefit from the knowledge of about 100 employees committed to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and you will get access to the largest range of CRM add-on solutions in the world.
Before the merger, Keyzone took over all CRM and SharePoint activities from the competitor, Mondo, and these activities are also covered by the merged company.
AlfaPeople Nordic’s Executive Board consists of the founder of Keyzone, Rasmus Hartung, Director, and the founder of AlfaPeople, Christian Weis Højfeldt, Managing Director.
On the 1 July, we will become even larger. The founder of Columbus IT, Michael Gaardboe, has bought seven Microsoft Dynamics companies from Columbus IT, and from 1 July they will also become part of the AlfaPeople group, of which AlfaPeople Nordic A/S forms part. By then we will be not just Scandinavia's – but one of the world's – largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM suppliers.
The group will have a total of more than 200 employees, 100 of which are working exclusively with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Several employees are among the leading CRM experts in the world. In future, the company will have service offices in Denmark, England, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile and Brazil.
Michael Gaardboe (Columbus IT founder and former CEO of Columbus IT) is the new main shareholder in the new AlfaPeople group and becomes CEO for the new group.

For your information, we point out that all agreements and obligations will continue unchanged. The merger has been implemented as a business merger, and consequently agreements, rights, obligations, etc., will be transferred to AlfaPeople Nordic A/S
